Engraving the crosses is a very personal touch. Space is very limited on some crosses so we recommend putting a lot of thought into them. All engravings are handwritten with a dremel and filled in with color depending on cross. Some may be burned in by hand, because some woods are difficult to carve into with the engraving tool.
Please keep the engraving request at no more than 38 characters. Names and dates are great to commemorate someone or a time in someones life since these crosses may be passed down for generations to come. All engravings are done on the back of the cross.

P.S. You can always write a longer more personal message on the back of the crosses once you receive them if you don’t want to pay for this option. We recommend a using fine tip permanent marker.
