Shipping + Returns
 

We make all of our crosses to order one at a time. It can take anywhere from 10-14 days to make your cross after ordered. We ship them via USPS priority mail. We do not make but a few cents off of shipping. That doesn’t mean we skimp on packages these crosses like the work of arts they are.

You will receive a notification (by the email you provided) once the cross is in transit from USPS with the tracking number. If your cross is damaged (which has happened only twice in over 3,000 crosses shipped) One of those crosses went through a tornado! We will be glad to work with you to replace it.  We are very easy to work with and you will never be treated as a number. This is personal and not a business to us. 

The one thing we can not prevent are stolen packages from your property. Please get to know your mail carrier and agree on a place where your cross can be left out of sight from those out to take what is yours.
