3”x3” HOLY SPIRIT ORNAMENT
This wood was cut in California in the 1910’s and was put on a carriage house here in NW Florida in the early 1920’s. The cross is scrolled out and it is sanded to 320 grit. The finish is a three part consisting of a penetrating oil, sanding sealer, and a final coat of lacquer. It is then hand burnished to a soft velvet feel. The hanger is heat treated to a desired color to accentuate the wood.
